A. The answer to that is Yes, although this does not happen overnight and there needs to be a genuine desire and commitment to change by You.
Q. What if I don’t know what the changes are that I want to make?
A.The taster session will help you to explore this and that may be enough. If not support can be extended to suit your needs and that will be determined by You and what you want toachieve and the level of support you would like to have. It’s a bit like having a personal cheerleader supporting you throughout.
